Single Will - from £99

A standard single Will, no trusts, or other complications.
Mirror Will - from £149

For simple family and couple Wills, no trusts or other complications.
Child Trust - £30 each additional

When adding a simple trust in your basic Will to stipulate what age children inherit from.
Right to Occupy Will - £250 additional

Standard Will(s) including a right to occupy. Creation of a Trust to allow testator to include a right to occupy in their property for an individual(s).
Protective Property Trust Will - £550

Standard Will(s) including a life interest trust in property for the surviving spouse/partner. Also includes tenancy severance and land search of the land registry.
Lasting Power of Attorney - £295 each

Preparation of documents Health & Welfare and Financial Affairs, we recommend you have both documents drawn up and not just one if appropriate.

* OPG application fee also applies when you register these, currently £82- for each document. May be subject to change with The Office of the Public Guardian.
